For over 20 years House of Hope Community Development Corporation of Warwick has been finding appropriate housing for women and families while also matching up people with jobs. This cooperative venture is part of our mission to develop the resources that will help reduce and prevent homelessness. House of Hope Boutique demonstrates our mission in action.
House of Hope Boutique is a natural offshoot of original House of Hope CDC ideals that champion the homeless and indigent. Often what stands between a woman and a job is permanent housing. House of Hope CDC addresses this and other factors to add to the skilled workforce Rhode Island needs. At House of Hope Boutique we are seeing results. By developing workplace and business skills, formerly homeless women now earn a living to become self-sufficient and even to help provide for their families.
New Skills, New Opportunities
We teach workplace skills and provide a basic business mentoring program for dozens of women who have experienced homelessness. You'll marvel at what these creative, independent-minded women have accomplished.
